Rescue FAQs

After many years of dedicating my time, life, money and heart to the cause of animal welfare and rescue, I've made a decision to stop. Soon, my family and I will be relocating to the Western part of the country and I will no longer be involved with animal rescue in any capacity.

Because of my decision to stop doing rescue, our dogs need to be placed immediately into screened, loving, permanent homes. So if you are ready for a new family member, please contact us.
All of Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, panhandle of West Virginia. We do not ship dogs, so you will be required to come to us to pick up the dog after the adoption has been approved.

Additional adoption info

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, we will require an adoption application, references, and a home visit. We also require a minimum adoption donation to help offset some of our expenses. It is the only way we can continue to help more dogs.
