Horse Plus Humane Society is dedicated to preventing cruelty to horses. We work for the prevention of cruelty to horses and all other animals through education, voluntary compliance, law enforcement, and arrest and seizure if needed. We are a 501(c)(3) animal welfare organization that relies on your donations for all of the costs associated with animal welfare and care!
