Orphan Animal Rescue is a no-kill, non-profit animal rescue dependent on volunteers and animal lovers to provide adoptable pets with a second chance. We primarily partner with other animal groups who may be at capacity, and we frequently have a list of waiting list for pets in need, so we refer owner surrenders to local shelters. Should an adopted OARS pet need to be returned to us, we'll work with the adopter per our adoption contract.
