Potential adopters must complete a detailed application form and have a home inspection done. If they qualify to adopt, they must sign an adoption contract in which they agree to the For Pets Sake policies. Each pet is current on shots, is spayed/neutered, and micro-chipped. All For Pets Sake pets live in foster homes until we find them permanent homes.
