Valley Oak SPCA will strengthen and celebrate the bond between people and pets by promoting the health, welfare and humane treatment of animals. We will educate and engage our community in responsible pet care and ownership including the importance of spay and neuter surgeries and vaccinations. Valley Oak SPCA will build a new Adoption and Education Center to save more lives, treat more illness and provide much needed education. Valley Oak SPCA is committed to placing healthy pets with good temperaments into loving homes where they will receive life-long care. We expect responsible pet guardianship from adopters so that sharing life with a companion animal will be an enjoyable, rewarding experience for both person and pet.
Valley Oak SPCA is located in Visalia, CA - Tulare County. Anyone can visit our Adoption Center. We work to reunite lost pets with their families, adopt animals into new homes, find rescue organizations to take some animals and work very hard to educate the community on the importance of spaying and neutering as well as being responsible pet owners.
