Rescue FAQs
We began as a TNR group in late 2001, but became a non-profit rescue group on January 14, 2002, with a 501 (c)(3) status. We rescue abandoned, stray, homeless cats throughout Pitt County, as well as many from Animal Control. We also do TNR for many cat colonies in and around Greenville, and provide for their daily feeding. We were instrumental in starting Pitt County's first low-cost spay/neuter clinic--Spay Today. We are an all volunteer organization, and all we do is simply for the love of cats.

Adoption steps

- InterviewMost interviews conducted at Petsmart in Greenville, NC, or by phone.
- Meet the PetMost often we will arrange a meeting at Petsmart on Greenville Blvd., but occasionally will invite you to the foster home to meet the cat.
Additional adoption info
Potential adopters must fill out an application form and be interviewed. Once approved, an adoption fee of $95.00 for most cats is required. Declawed cats have an adoption fee of $125.00. Purebred cats have adoption fees of $125.00--$200.00.
