Rescue FAQs

Established in 1982, We Care Animal Rescue is a no-kill sanctuary and shelter for homeless animals in the heart of Napa Valley. Our residents live and roam freely in communal spaces with safe access to the outdoors. Our staff ensures animals receive daily socialization, enrichment activities, and veterinary care — particularly the elderly and those with special needs. We provide a forever home for all our animals, either through adoption to the public or with us in our sanctuary.

Additional adoption info

Please make an appointment to come and meet the pet in person (with the family). You can fill out an application online or in person. We request a $100 adoption fee per pet.
