Chances Animal Rescue, Inc. is a newly formed No-Kill, all volunteer rescue created by a group of compassionate women who are dedicated to “helping those who cannot help themselves”. We have received our official 501(c)3 status. We formed Chances Animal Rescue in September 2009, because of the great need to help our community, and the surrounding communities and states. Millions of animals are euthanized every year. By reaching out we believe we can make a difference and give these animals a chance to find happiness with their new people. We hope to help create compassionate communities, where there are no more stray, abandoned, or neglected animals and where euthanizing adoptable animals is no longer used as a means of population control. If you would like to make a donation or volunteer- please see our ways to help page. We primarily help pets from high-kill shelters that are over their capacity and also with other rescue groups. We primarily help dogs, puppies, cats and kittens. We rely completely on donations, adoption fees and fundraising to save the lives of homeless pets facing euthanasia. Our Mission Statement: Chances is dedicated to helping unwanted and abandoned animals facing euthanasia by giving them a chance at a new life. We also seek to improve the lives of domesticated companion animals by providing the surrounding communities with educational programs.
