The Cornelius Animal Shelter accepts animal impounds within town limits only.

Additional adoption info

Adoption Applicants are reviewed, once passed, there is a $85-$95 adoption fee. Once the fee has been collected, the animal is transferred to The Animal Hospital of Cornelius for a final wellness check and spay/neuter if applicable.
