ABQ Chihuahua Rescue, Inc provides safe home and health care for stray, abandoned, and abused companion Chihuahuas and Chihuahua mixes, and education for the general public regarding the responsibilities of ownership and the humane formation.
We are located in Albuquerque. We have clinics to meet the pets in Albuquerque. We adopt to most of New Mexico. WE ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF FOSTERS TO HOME OUR RESCUES UNTIL THEY ARE ADOPTED--THE MORE WE CAN PUT IN HOMES, THE MORE WE CAN SAVE FROM BEING KILLED DAILY IN THE POUNDS.

Additional adoption info

Each dog is vet checked to ensure there are no problems. If not spayed/neutered, we get that done. Potential adopters can see our dogs at our Meet and Greets twice per month. Home checks are required for any adoption. We give you 10 days before finalizing the adoption to ensure that the dog fits the family
