Boxer/Schnauzer Rescue of the Ozarks

Boxer/Schnauzer Rescue of the Ozarks is a breed specific rescue assisting boxers and all sizes of schnauzers in Missouri. We are state licensed, 501 (3)c and state nonprofit. For the most current list of our available dogs please visit www.bsro.org We function first as a support system to shelters, animal controls and humane societies taking our breeds at their request to make room for more animals. All of our boxers and schnauzers are spayed/neutered prior to placement (no exceptions), given rabies, distemper/parvo, bordetella, flu, and lepto vaccines, micrchipped, placed on heartworm, flea and tick prevention, groomed, teeth cleaned if needed, house trained, crated trained and given some basic obedience. Other medical issues will be addressed if needed. Our dogs live strictly in private homes so that they learn to be part of a family. Adopting from us is not just getting a great new member of the family but also getting a great new big group of friends. We are members of the American Boxer Rescue Association, Midwest Boxer Rescues, recommended by the American Miniature Schnauzer Club and work with the Standard Schnauzer Club of America.
