Frisky Felines Foundation

I am a former veterinary technician. I love animals. In 2003 I became disabled and could not go back to work. I missed not working with animals and due to us finding so many stray cats and we took them in, I knew I had to do something, we couldn't keep them all. So Frisky Felines Foundation was born. Instead of just taking in strays and finding homes for them, we also had them spayed/neutered and vetted. Then it got to be more of a problem of just so many cats that we became a no kill shelter and have decided to not only help our community but to help as many communities as we can physically touch. We also have a program from people facing having to rehome their pet due to foreclosure, eviction, deployment, etc. This is set up for families that can get back on their feet and take their cat home in 12 months or less. We do these things because cats love their people and people love their cats. We have been small for so long then stepped up and joined other No Kill organizations and we need funding to add on.
