Rescue FAQs

We are an all-volunteer group devoted to saving lives of all adoptable dogs & cats. We initially started with the sole mission of raising funds to construct a small, decent & safe shelter to house Washington County's dogs & cats; however, we immediately realized the dire need of immediate rescue for these animals. We now attempt to save as many as possible, but are limited to the number we can save, due to lack of foster homes and a building.
We serve Washington County.

Additional adoption info

An adoption application is required and, if approved, an adoption contract is required. References are required. Our adoption fees range from $200 per dog to $425 per dog, depending on age and medical furnished. ALL dogs are altered before adoption, and ALL dogs are up-to-date on vaccines, de-wormed and flea'd, given Rabies if age appropriate, and thoroughly examined by a vet before adoption.
