Ruff Patches

Ruff Patches empowers Los Angeles area pet owners to keep their pets and help stem the flow of animals entering the City and County shelter systems and nonprofit rescue organizations. Many issues could be remedied if pet owners had access to relevant information before obtaining their pet, access to additional education about pet care and to resources such as low cost spay/neuter, behaviorists, etc. Ruff Patches will connect pet owners considering relinquishment of their pet to the resources they need to address their individual situation, with the goal of keeping the pet in its original home or, if necessary, finding a new appropriate placement.
