We are a bot for profit organization that advocates non-lethal feline population control via Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR).
We raise public awareness by provding the public with information on feral and stray cat issues.
To accomplish our work, we conduct fundraising events to support local initiatives for catsand kittens.
We conduct mass trapping each year when funds are available.
We work in Clinton, Franklin & Essex County in Upstate New York. We have been helping homeless cats since July of 2002.

Our adoption process is:
An application must be completed and reviewed by the SJFCF. All adoption fees are used to sterilize another homeless cat.
