Whiskers or Wags, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. We located in Paintsville, KY, but we work with transport companies in order to try to help our animals get to approved loving homes. Please contact us if you see an animal you are interested in! We have LOTS of wonderful pets waiting for loving homes!

You will be amazed at how quickly one of these loving animals becomes part of the family and you can’t imagine your life without them.
