Rescue FAQs

Long Way Home was created to provide the last stop for animals displaced from their homes, deemed "unadoptable" by other rescues, or that need a level of care their previous owners or other shelters are unable or unwilling to provide.
We are a nationwide rescue, so geography is not a deterrent. We offer nationwide transport for an additional fee.
