Rescue FAQs

We are one of the few Rottweiler Rescues in the state of Florida. We rescue rottie's from high shelters from across the state! We have adopted close to 600 rottie's in the last 10yrs. We have a dedicated group of volunteers across the state who help transport and foster dogs.

VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ
You must have at least 4 to 6 feet tall fence.
Your application will be carefully scrutinized , including a background check, after we have spoken to your veterinarian ,a home visit will be scheduled. Then your application may be accepted or rejected. GGARR has the right to deny any application. If rejected, we do not give the reasons why.
Adoption fee is $250.00 payable when you take possession of the dog.


If your application is approved, then you, and your entire family – including other pets, will be invited up to meet our dogs. Please, plan to spend at least one hour during your visit to see the available dogs. This is not a decision we want you to make lightly. Our goal is to create a lifelong relationship for you and your dog.
