In order to adopt one of our pets, you will be asked to complete an adoption application at http://petextransport.org/adopt.html. Once we have received and reviewed your application, we will schedule a time for a representative to visit your home with the animal you are interested in adopting. After a successful home visit and reference check, you will be offered the opportunity to enter into an adoption contact for your new pet. Once the contract is signed and the adoption fee is collected, your new pet may come to live with you.
