Safe Haven Puppy Sanctuary Dog rescue in Cookeville, TN

Safe Haven Puppy Sanctuary is an all volunteer based non-profit 501(c)(3) no-kill rescue. Safe Haven Puppy Sanctuary is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and adoption of abandoned and orphaned puppies. Every dog in our program is current on shots and either spayed or neutered prior to adoption, on heart worm prevention, flea and tick prevention and micro chipped.

Rescue FAQs

We are located in the Middle Tennessee area. We are primarily based out of Crossville, TN and rescue withing local and surrounding areas and counties.

We respond to every inquiry .. so please check your spam/junk mail folders if you don't see any response within 24 hours. It also helps to include your phone number so we can contact you by phone as well.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process starts with submitting an Adoption Application which can be found on our website at www.safehaventn.com. From there you will be contacted by one of our Adoption Coordinators. Our adoption donations are usually $150 for adult dogs and $200 - $300 for puppies - depending on the animal, breed, etc. We expect that our pets will live indoors, and will be adopted to families who have the desire to add another family member to their home. A vet reference is required.
