Application. Once application approved, Contract - dogs $95, cats $70, check vet references, animal goes to vet for spay/neuter, pick up. No animal leaves shelter without being spayed/neutered and all vaccinations, combo test cats, HW tests (dogs), microchips, deworming, and flea preventative
