ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Completed Adoption Application
2. Secure Fenced Yard
3. Vet Reference that shows all current/past dogs (within 5 yrs) have been kept up to date on vaccines and heart worm preventatives (heart worm prevention will be required for any puppy adopted from What's Up, Pup? ).
4. If no current or past pets, the veterinarian you intend to use should be listed on application.
5. Minimum age to adopt is 25 yrs old
6. Most puppies are best suited for children 7 yrs+ (exceptions are made depending on the puppy and/or other circumstances.
7. Puppies cannot be "held". A puppy will remain available until approved adopter has made payment.
**Puppies are placed in homes that we feel are best suited for both the puppy and the adopter. We do not place puppies based on looks but instead on temperament, exercise needs, needs of specific breed types, etc... Our goal is match the right puppy with the right home.
Adoption includes spay/neuter, microchip, 2-3 sets of shots (puppies), DHLPP (adults).bordatella vaccine, rabies vaccine, deworming, current flea/tick prevention, current heartworm prevention.
