Our mission is to give shelter and care to lost, abused, or unwanted dogs and cats, to advocate the humane treatment of all animals, and to reduce overpopulation through a successful spaying and neutering program.
The New Nodaway Humane Society serves animals in and around the Nodaway County/Maryville Missouri area as well as some outside counties and states.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application

  2. Approve Application
    1. Staff will contact landlord (if needed) and vet reference
  3. Meet the Pet

Adoptions are “first come, first serve” with an approved application.
