Rescue FAQs

Tails of Rescue in Kahoots is a volunteer based, non profit, 501c3 organization that literally saves dogs and cats from shelters euthanasia list. We pull animals from our local shelters we to try to reduce the number of unwanted animals locally. Tails of Rescue in Kahoots is a shelterless rescue (foster based), but animals are in the store daily. We rely on the generosity of our volunteers and foster families to provide short- and long-term care and rehabilitation for our rescues until they can be placed with their forever families. Our shelter operates solely on your generous donations and the proceeds from in Kahoots. Please consider helping our cause. 100% of your donation will provide food, supplies, and medical care. We don't have any paid employees, only amazing volunteers!
We will find the perfect home for the dog. In our local area or out of state.
