Our Animal Control Officers are dedicated to the safety of the animals, citizens and visitors of Baytown, Texas. We'd love the opportunity to help you meet your next family pet, or help with any animal situation you may have.
We are the municipal Animal Control agency for the City of Baytown, Texas, which is just east of Houston.

  • 2. Sign Adoption Contract
  • 3. Pay Fee
  • 4. Take the Pet Home

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process consist of filling out an agreement document that specifies the adopter will have the adopted animal vaccinated for rabies and spayed/neutered as needed, within an appropriate time period. Currently the adoption fee is $50, but $40 of that comes back in the form of a voucher than can be used at local veterinarians for the rabies vaccination and/or spay/neuter procedure.
