Rescue FAQs

Our rescue was formed because our county does not have an animal shelter or any type of animal control. We rescue & re-home adoptable cats, and TNR (trap, spay/neuter, & release) ferals in the many colonies throughout our area. Our mission is to improve the lives of stray and unwanted cats in our area through rescue & TNR programs.
We are a cat rescue and sanctuary for stray & feral cats in the rural areas of East Tennessee.

Additional adoption info

All of our cats are vetted before adoption which includes spay/neuter, physical exam, testing for FIV/Felv, annual, Felv, and rabies immunizations. If interested in adopting, you must fill out an adoption application and provide a veterinarian reference and two personal references. We bring your new kitty to you so we can see if the home is going to be a good fit for the kitty and the new family :)
