Additional adoption info
Our process is as follows for Houston adopters:
1. Application and application review
2. Set up a meet and greet (if in Houston or surrounding area)
3. Home trial - We suggest that every adopter take their potential new pet home for a 1-2 week trial to make sure everyone is happy in the home together.
4. Home visit and contract - We like to come to your home to make sure the home is what we expect for our dogs and complete the contract at that time.
5. Pay adoption Fee of $200!
Our process is as follows for out-of-state adopters:
1. Application and application review
2. Phone Call - Once approved, we set up a phone call to ask questions and answer your questions.
3. Skype interview - This is our chance to meet you "in person", see your home and have you meet the dog!
4. Contract and Adoption Fee - Once everyone is happy we send the contract to be completed and the link to pay the adoption fee plus transport fees.
5. We are always available for questions after the pet gets to you so do not think we are done and will end all communication at time of adoption!
