We will pre-screen your application to see if you will progress in the process 3. Phone interview with someone from PTR 4. Home check submitted via a walking home tour via video 5. Meet and greet at the fosters home 6. Email sent to adopter with the Adoption Contract to be completed, signed and returned. 7. Non-refundable Adoption Fee paid to Rescue Notes: There may be multiple applications for certain dogs and cats. Do not apply if the dog or cat will be left outdoors unattended. Do not apply if the dog or cat will be crated for more than 4 hrs per day We carefully screen all adopters. Not every applicant will progress in the process. Pawsitive Tails to Remember is a section 501(c)(3) no-kill rescue group. We are a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to restoring the dogs and cats under our care to physical and emotional health as they await placement in loving, responsible homes.Virtually all donated funds will be spent directly on the care of the animals.
