My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gorgeous Kylie sat in her tiny cage at a scary Oklahoma shelter...an unclaimed stray that no one seemed to care about. Kylie's time was going to be up very soon when our Farfel's rescuer saw her pleading eyes peering up in the shelter's dismal light. Could anyone have passed this sweet girl by? Within moments Kylie was joyfully trotting out of the shelter forever. After a full physical, bloodwork, a spay and an extensive temperament test (she passed with a perfect score!) Kylie was on her way to a nurturing Oklahoma foster home. She's working with her foster family on her house skills, socialization and learning that she's very special... while she waits for her transport ticket to a new life in Colorado.
Kylie is about 1.5 years old, approximately 14 lbs and just the most loving and snuggly girl! You would never know that she ever had a challenging day in her life...positive energy and enthusiasm are just in her nature. The wag starts at the tip of her tail and ends in a true doggy smile when she meets kind humans of any age. She's such a joy that you can't help but be drawn to her cuteness in both looks and personality. Kylie would bring so much happiness...and many smiles..to a loving family. She glows in the warmth of love and nurturing and returns it a thousand times over. Kylie is so joyous that it's contagious to all who meet her...both human and canine. She's excited by their company and will always show her enthusiasm. A run in the yard with gentle dog-friends or a walk in the mountains with those she loves makes Kylie so happy! She will be an almost perfect companion for an active family who enjoy the company of an adorable furry friend. She's the perfect size to take along almost anywhere. We'd like a home where Kylie will not be spending long hours alone..but instead will be brought along to enjoy life's adventures together with her family.

Kylie will be transported to Denver in early March. Applications are currently being accepted for this exceptional family companion.
