Please Share ... Duke the Beagle Needs a Loving Home
Duke is a handsome and sweet, five-year-old, 35-pound, male, purebred tri-color Beagle with warm brown eyes looking for a loving guardian.
Duke is living in a foster home in Chicago where he has proven perfectly housebroken, non-destructive and enjoys sleeping in bed with his foster family.
Duke is a nice boy who just loves to be loved. He knows the command sit and down and takes treats gently from your fingers. He gets along well with other dogs, and is fine with cats. He loves to go on walks and like a hound follows his nose around the neighborhood; he also rides well in the car. While he’s generally an easy-going guy, he would probably be happiest with older children.
Duke is very healthy, neutered, micro-chipped, up-to-date on vaccines, fecal and heartworm-tested. To meet and possibly adopt Duke, please contact his foster mom Sheri at sheri@petraits.com or 773-777-2891. His adoption fee of $200 benefits rescued dogs.
