Pauline: Smart&Loving'14's Story...
Our Sassy Pauline is looking for a Loving Forever or Foster Home ♥

This gorgeous 1-2 year young beauty with intriguing yellow-green eyes was for sure once an inside kitty and for what circumstances ever ended up on the street desperate to find food and shelter (especially during this harsh winter) until a soulful Samaritan took her in. Although a bit scared at the beginning, it didn't take a long time until Pauline started to explore the new space and appreciated a warm cozy bedding. She is a super curious, outgoing, confident, brave beauty and a true survivor!. We soon recognized that Pauline is a "Lady of Big Personality", very smart and also independent, so she will not mind being left alone during the day but will ask intensively for attention when you are finally at home. Pauline would be the perfect companion for someone looking for a more independent, smart cat that can enjoy herself but deeply appreciates human love when she finally receives it.

Pauline was recently spayed, fully vetted (deflead, dewormed, and vaccinated) and tested negative for FELV/FIV - so ready for YOU and her FUREVER home - also please consider Fostering of this stunning Beauty!

Please email me if you would like to meet our magnificent gal PAULINE!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pauline: Smart&Loving'14, a New York Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in New York, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in New York.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New York already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New York breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New York paves the way for another one to be saved.
