Fred is a handsome, friendly, sweet and sometimes nervous, 10-month-old, 16-pound, long-legged male Shih Tzu looking for a loving guardian.

Fred is an extremely skinny lovebug of a dog who was relinquished to Chicago Animal Care & Control by his family. He is very loving with people and great with other dogs.

Fred is very healthy, de-wormed, heartworm-tested, up-to-date on vaccines, and will be micro-chipped and neutered upon adoption.
