Cato is a wonderful and beautiful 3 year old boy who was an owner surrender at a high kill shelter. His owner said she was moving to a major city out of state to marry her boyfriend, and none of the 10 condo communities she had spoken with allow pit bulls. She was hysterically crying as she abandoned him at the shelter. Personally I can not comprehend giving away a family member, but. this is poor Cato's situation.
Cato is extremely dog friendly and mellow. He is in a foster home with an 8 year old pit bull and a 5 year old Italian Greyhound. They get along great!! They all sleep In the bed with their foster mom. He walks calmly on a leash with no pulling. He is 100% house trained. His foster mom says he has never chewed on anything other than his stuffed animal. Cato knows how to sit and has wonderful house manners. He is extremely affectionate without being overbearing. Cato's calm demeanor makes him a great addition for a home with children. Cato is an incredibly sweet guy who did nothing to deserve being dumped at the shelter.
CATO is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, and current on heart worm, flea and tick preventative.
