Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi my name is Ella and I was also recently rescued from a local shelter. Sadly most buns are very misunderstood and that is what was happening to me. The shelter said they were going to euthanize me for aggression but I am not aggressive at all I am an unspayed female with hormonal issues. Once I am spayed next week and once someone give me the time and patience I need I will be the bun I was always suppose to be. I have already learned to relax and enjoy my head being rubbed. Please understand I really have not known a gentle hand or kind word yet and then I was dumped at a shelter who although meaning well does not know about big buns like me so I have learned how to protect myself. In just a weeks time I have started to realize that I like being pampered and I will never be hurt again. I really like other buns and maybe that is because I understand what they have gone thru.
You will need a good amount of space for this lady to run around and get her exercise and I would say no children under the age of 15. Small hands and fast movements at this stage of her rehab are not a good thing.
Would you show a beautiful big girl some kindness and open your heart and home to her? Would you think about how an animal can teach you the patience we all need? Would you possibly think of fostering a bunny?
