Looking for a hilarious and well behaved companion? Spencer is your man. He is absolutely hilarious and full of personality. We believe him to be 3-5 years old, 11 lbs, and possibly a min pin/chihuahua mix. He is super laid back, loves to play with doggy friends, and gives the BEST kisses!
