Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hola! Hi! Well I guess I have to say in a few weeks I have learned to speak English and the one thing I know for sure the language of LOVE is the same no matter what. My people said they were moving back to Mexico so they took me to a loud place with many barking dogs and some cats and lots of people coming and going but none of them were the people I had known for ALL my years.
I am at least 12 in people years. So I was pretty sad, then the nice people from Chihuahua Rescue took me away and gave me a nice bath and a warm quiet bed. I went to doggy Doctor and got some medicine because I had a very bad cold,
NOW I'm all better, and I had a little operation and got my teeth cleaned, (boy did I need that!), and I am MUCH happier now. I am very friendly, I do pretty well in the house, I love a soft bed, I don't bark much, I L-O-V-E belly rubs, and quiet walks. I have "trick knees" the vet gave them a fancy name, but it really doesn't slow me down too much, I just walk funny, sort of bow legged like. Please, look at my picture and think about giving me a soft, warm place? I am a very lovely girl, and I sure think my people will be sorry they didn't keep me, its hard to find a doggy as nice as I am.
Granny is a senior pet age is unknown, she weighs 9#, her adoption fee is $175.
