Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Willie is a sweet, gentle, 2.5 year old male Walker Hound looking for someone to take him home and love on him! He is a super happy boy that eats up any attention he is given. He loves being around other dogs, but he doesn't know how to play with them yet. His three foster doggie brothers are working on that. His BEST friend is his kitten. She has a deformed paw and Willie thinks it's his job to follow her around and take care of her -- and he lets her bite his ears and tail! :) Willie adjusted to life in the house pretty quickly. He took to a crate immediately and was housebroken in a week! Willie's absolute favorite thing to do is go for walks. He had never been on a leash before but now can't get enough of it. Luckily he walks like a gentleman, so it's a pleasure to take him out. He's always ready to go for a jog as well. He has gone up to 9 miles so far! He's a hound and as such has a powerful nose and wants to taste all of the delicious food he smells, so we are working on the begging. He doesn't bark often but chooses to communicate with a variety of sounds! Whines, loud yawns, grunts (my favorite), etc. He is just a ham full of sweet personality and a delightful dog all the way around. Willie really wants his new best friend soon... is it you?
