*UPDATE- It didn't work out with Bronco's new home. He was howling and crying when his mom was away and the condo neighbors wanted him gone. He will need an experienced owner who will commit to taking him to a trainer to work on his fear of new people and environments.*
Bronco is a 5 yr old pure bred Standard Poodle. He was given up by his owner because they said he was too much energy for them. We don't believe he has had much exposure to new people or new environments in his life, so we are working on getting him more socialized and comfortable in unfamiliar situations. We are looking for a special adopter for him, as he will need a lot of patience and continued socialization under the guidance of a skilled dog handler. We would prefer a confident and gentle skilled dog trainer/leader who will be able to provide him enough exercise in a safe manner. Due to his nervous nature we think he would do best in an all adult home. Please keep in mind that Bronco will need regular grooming to keep him comfortable and healthy, which includes routine brushing and professional grooming. Bronco's adoption fee of $275 goes toward the cost of his vetting, training and care.
