Peach's Story...
Peach is just as sweet as can be. She is just 6 weeks old and already is just full of the best personality in the world! She loves other dogs and other people. She is a very smart little girl and will make a very trainable puppy. She is already potty trained and couldn't be a better little baby. Peach was surrendered with her litter and mother in a very high kill shelter in Texas and they were all going to be put down. Farfel's Rescue could not let that happen since she is just such a perfect little girl! If you are interested in Peach please fill out an application at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peach, a Boulder Labrador Retriever/Husky puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Husky for sale in Boulder, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Husky puppy from a breeder in Boulder.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Boulder already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Boulder breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Husky breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Boulder paves the way for another one to be saved.
