My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maggie is a beautiful, happy, sweet and friendly, eight-year-old, 85-pound Yellow Labrador Retriever looking for a loving guardian.

Maggie is well-behaved in the home and perfectly housebroken. She doesn’t even need a crate or dog walker; she can hold it all day.

She loves her walks, treats, butt scratches, and giving lots of tail wags and kisses. She adores humans of all ages – including small children. She knows the commands sit and give paw; she’ll do anything for a treat! She even walks right beside you on leash.

Maggie has been well-loved and cared for her entire life. Unfortunately, her human is moving and can’t take her with. She needs a new foster or forever home by February 1st.

Maggie’s only fault is that she was never socialized with other pets. So, she needs to be the one and only pet in the home. She’s so affectionate and loving; she’s really all you need.

To meet and possibly adopt Maggie, please contact Kristy at kristys78@gmail.com or 708-539-1949.

Maggie is very healthy, spayed, up-to-date on rabies and distemper vaccines. She is currently living in Brookfield, Illinois. Her adoption fee of $50 benefits rescued pets.
