My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say “hello” to Oreo, a gorgeous black and white, 10-year-young tuxedo boy. Would you believe Oreo has no bad habits?! It’s true! He’s used to eating in the morning and evening and uses his litter box like a champ. His personality is very much “boy.” When he plays, he plays hard. When he sleeps, he sleeps hard. He tends to eat fast and loves his people with all his heart.

Oreo loves catnip, balls (paper or otherwise), string, his laser pointer, bugs, soft places, chilling under the bed, fresh water, his cat food, string cheese, and the smell of pancakes or biscuits baking…

Oreo’s temperament is just so sweet. He’s incredibly affectionate and doesn't need much by way of hands-on petting – just truly wants to be near his people. About once a day Oreo gets into a playful mood and will make his own fun if you don’t feel like participating. He’ll show you affection by lying near or on you, rubbing up against you, delivering kisses on occasion and purring loudly.

Oreo has some of the cutest silly habits. He’ll literally stop whatever he’s doing if he hears the sound of paper crumpling and he’ll come running! He probably thinks you’re about to make a ball for him. He also loves to watch TV. Yes, TV! And his favorite show just happens to be whatever you’re watching. ;)

How to win Oreo over: hand over a traditional cat treat (chicken flavor) or piece of bacon. Mmmm. Oreo will do best in a calm, quiet and consistent environment with someone to love and love him back.
