My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I don't believe in pessimism. If something doesn't come up the way you want, forge ahead. If you think it's going to rain, it will. -Clint Eastwood
Go ahead. Make my day. - Clint Eastwood as dirty Harry in 'Sudden Impact'
Hey when you have an awesome boy named Clint, well you go with an awesome namesake! Did we mention how AWESOME Clint is? Clint may not have had a great start in this world but this has not stopped him one bit from being an all around wonderful boy (no pessimism here!). Our Clint (unlike his namesake) is a lover, never a fighter (he's definitely more on the submissive side and goes with the flow). Clint is a big ol' lovable 1 year old red and white Labrador/Canaan Dog or Border Collie mix. He loves to get in your lap (all 60 lbs of him) and lavish his person with affectionate kisses. He has great house manners and is potty trained by way of a doggy door. This boy gets along wonderfully with all members of his pack and just loves to play play play. He adores kids and loves to play play play. He would be well suited to a family or person with a more active lifestyle so he can impress everyone with how sweet and well behaved he is while he plays...well you get it. Despite the playful energy Clint is a pretty quiet boy, not much of a barker (he'd rather hang out with his people and shhhh...play quietly). Clint does settle down quite nicely, he does know how to chill out (that's when he sits in your lap and kisses you) and relax. Clint comfortably sleeps in his crate at night but it isn't needed, this is used as a training tool and would be a matter of personal preference. Clint, being the super awesome guy he is, is already neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and current on preventatives. He is, without a doubt, ready to find his forever loving home. All he needs now is for some equally awesome folks to go ahead and make his day!
