Reba is an incredibly cute ball of cottony-softness that climbs into your heart (and lap) with a wiggle and a kiss. Once she gets a sudsy bath and grooming...she'll absolutely be one of the cutest Pomeranians around (at least that's the breed that the Kansas vets see in this sweet girl and we tend to agree) . At about 2 - 2,5 years old and 16 lbs, Reba is every bit the playful pup...fun and active and loves to play outside with like-sized dogs. At at the same time. she is a well-behaved girl who is not yappy or needy - she expresses herself with her wagging tail and excited kisses.
At this point in Reba's development, she loves everyone..be it human or canine. We want to nurture this positive vision of the world by matching Reba to a family who expresses their devotion for her in many different ways. We'd also like Reba to attend positive reinforcement group obedience group classes to be the very best adult dog she's capable of being. Right now, Reba is a blank slate who will soak up positive feedback with every effort to be the best behaved girl around.
We'd like Reba to find her forever place in either a family with gentle children who absolutely love dogs or with active retirees who will include her in their daily activities. Reba is so portable that she can easily be a constant companion - she would love nothing more than leisurely walks (and is quite good on a leash), trips to the store (she's a great window-shopping friend) or even a place at a pet-friendly workplace would be perfect for this sweet and lovable pup. Reba is open and curious and therefore can be introduced to virtually any situation...and if there is love and gentle guidance...she can succeed. Reba's new family needs to have the desire to love and take responsibility for a true-blue, long-term companion. This commitment will result in a very bonded and completely loyal best friend for life. Reba will choose to be close when you want to play, cuddle or just need a best friend to be there in challenging times.
Reba is a non-shedding pup and will therefore require great nutrition and periodic grooming to keep her stunning coat cottony-soft and matt-free.
