Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Saber is a handsome, incredibly sweet, loving and cuddly, four-year-old, 50-pound, male cream fawn brushcoat Shar Pei looking for a loving guardian.
Saber just loves to snuggle with people and he lets you touch him anywhere. He is extremely loving and full of kisses and tail wags. He knows the command sit and down and takes treats very nicely from your fingers. He still jumps up for attention but will do wonderfully with a little training. He would loved a fenced in yard in which to run and play.
He also loves other dogs and is housebroken and crate-trained. Found stray in Gary, Indiana, he was lucky to be rescued just in time.
Saber’s adoption fee of $300 benefits the rescued pets of Tails of Hope. He is healthy, neutered, de-wormed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested, and on monthly heartworm preventative. He is currently at the Tails of Hope Shelter in Highland Park, Illinois.
To meet and possibly adopt him, please fill in the adoption application at: http://tailsofhope.org/availabledogs.html and follow up by contacting tailsofhope@aol.com or 847-557-9554.
