This adorable little Yorkie is Wilson, a 5 1/2 year old boy that has had quite a time of it over the last couple of years, and is hoping for a loving, stable, forever home finally. Wilson originally came to us in the fall of 2013 from our Newark facility when he was picked up as a stray. This sweet and bubbly little guy got himself adopted quickly but sadly, his new owner had a car accident and had to return him. Wilson kept his chin up and stayed positive and soon, he was adopted again. Unfortunately, after almost two years, Wilson came back to us again.....this time, his owner was moving and couldn't take him along. Wilson is now a bit shaken up and confused, and just wants someone to hold him, love him, and keep him forever. Wilson is super sweet and affectionate. He is much better at being held and carried than he is at being walked on a leash. He is not ill-mannered on a leash but is a bit fearful of the unknown so he prefers to be carried. Wilson is very well behaved and he sits nicely when asked, and also takes treats very gently. He just loves people and bonds quickly with new friends. He will need a home with no children as he has a tendancy to be a bit protective of his family, but he gets along fine with well behaved dogs and cats. Wilson is so deserving of a great home with a loving family that will never let him go again. File#24914 6/14/15
