*URGENT* Sherpa was brought to the Berkeley Animal Care Services as a stray. This little guy is very shy and it's clear he's overwhelmed by the shelter environment. He spends his day hiding in his bed and he isn't eating much. He's as sweet as can be and allows ample pets, but really needs to be in a quiet home to come around.

Unfortunately, Sherpa's recently been diagnosed with a Grade 4/6 heart murmur which doesn't make him a good candidate for surgery to be neutered. It also makes it prudent to find a home for him urgently as the shelter is unable to treat his condition. We really hope this doesn't limit this guy getting the chance to live his life out in a happy and loving home.
