Charles (Neutered)'s Story...
"Charles" is a handsome adult male kitty who was surrendered by his owner on May 17, 2015 along with "Camilla" who shared his previous home. "Charles" has a black-and-white short smooth coat, a long tail, and a darling face with a pink nose and a small black goatee. He has quite a unique appearance when he stands up since his right front leg is black and his other three legs are white :) "Charles" has a friendly charismatic personality, and he wants so badly to find a home again where he can stretch those good-looking legs. He is a fairly big boy who weighs 10.4 lbs. "Charles" was given vaccinations and wormer on May 17, 2015. He was neutered on May 26, 2015 and was also given rabies vaccine. "Charles" and his lovely companion "Camilla" are sharing a large cat tower in our Jungle Room, and it is so touching to see "Charles" acting like the big brother to little "Camilla". They are very bonded with each other, and we feel it would be in their best interest to be adopted together.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Charles (Neutered), a Marietta Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
