Pippa's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Pippa's Story...
Born in approximately August 2013, Pippa is a female (likely) Corgi/Chihuahua mix
Pippa is a sweet and confident girl, that is described as a total lap dog. Pippa gets along with people of all ages, her foster mom says she's tolerant of young children but that she doesn't like being grabbed, so she'd do best in a home where if there are toddlers, they make sure they are supervised. Pippa gets along best with dogs her own size, but will eventually come around with bigger dogs over time.

Like all Mikey's Chance dogs, this dog will come to you from a foster home that has provided loving one-on-one attention, socialization and some basic training, as well as quality food and exercise. For more detailed information about this dog, go to www.mikeyschance.com. To apply to adopt or foster, email mikeyschance@gmail.com. We look forward to hearing from you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pippa, a Seattle Chihuahua/Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Corgi for sale in Seattle, or seeking a Chihuahua/Corgi dog from a breeder in Seattle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Seattle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Seattle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Corgi breeders who help with Chihuahua/Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Seattle paves the way for another one to be saved.
