Xander and Marcus are 3 yr. old brothers and want to stay together. They have a lot in common, too.
Both love being pet, having their cheeks scratched and getting massages. Both will roll on their backs for tummy rubs. Both will cuddle and sit in your lap. And they both agree that wet food is a wonderful treat! They would both like to find a calm and quiet home with some loving attention.
Xander is a really sweet and very affectionate boy with a adventurous nature. He’s curious about everything that goes on around him. He loves to play and likes a good game of laser chase. Leaping at waving wands or jumping on unsuspecting toy mice is also a big part of his play routine.
For downtime he loves to cuddle and he likes sleeping under covers.
Xander will chatter with you if you start the conversation. He’s a well rounded boy!
Marcus is also very sweet but a little shy. He’s the follower in this sibling relationship. He’s also very playful but will usually let Xander take over if they are together at playtime. Which is why Marcus really appreciates having a solo play session without Xander in the room. He likes wands and mouse toys and lasers are okay, too. He’s not a chatterbox but will let you know if he’s bored or anxious. Marcus just loves to be the center of attention and in that regard he’s more than equal to Xander. Give him the opportunity to be with you and he’s all over it!
These two gentle boys are bonded, must be adopted as a pair and are indoor only.

All Jake’s Place cats available for adoption are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLV and are microchipped.
Our Adoption Fee for both kitties is $150. This Fee helps pay for Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Vaccines, FIV/Leukemia Testing, as well as all other Veterinary costs. Adopters must agree to return the kitty to Jake’s Place if the adoption fails. All Fees will be returned.
Jake’s Place is a 100% volunteer organization. All Fees and Donations go directly to the care of our kitties.
