Louie's Story...
Tiny Paws recently accepted a group of breeder releases and Louie was among them. Louie is a sweet male Yorkie who has lived his first year in a kennel at a breeding facility. He is a bit timid at first, but is learning how wonderful life can be in a home! POST-RESCUE UPDATE: Louie is super sweet and loves other dogs so a dog looking for a great playmate would be awesome. A Friend would also help Louie in his adjustment to family life. A fenced in yard due to his puppy mill history is mandatory. Louie is working hard on housebreaking. He is truly a "Doll" and pure pleasure to be around. He weighs in at 9 pounds and ears flop and do not stand-up like typical Yorkie fashion. Downright ADORABLE!!!His adoption fee, $350, covers his recent neuter, vetting, and transport. He is fostering in Union Grove, WI. If you are interested please call (or text) Vicki at (262) 496-9324. An adoption application can be found on our website at www.tinypawssmalldogrescue.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Louie, a Union Grove Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Union Grove, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Union Grove.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Union Grove already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Union Grove breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Union Grove paves the way for another one to be saved.
